New Jersey Artist VTTO Released Single "Monday" Earlier this Month
VTTO is a 19-year-old artist from New Jersey who feels he’s up next to make it. He said he’s not like these other artist who say they’re up next but aren’t.
With his latest single “Monday,” VTTO is speaking about not being lazy on a day most people hate: Monday. Throughout the song, VTTO raps about wanting to chill but instead chooses to work on a Monday. He also raps about one day living in Hollywood, but everything he wants takes hard work.
“This is a dream of mine,” said VTTO about making it as an artist. “I’ve been working my butt off.”
Monday has a summer, catchy vibe that’s sure to turn someone’s day around.
The constant message of aiming for success is something VTTO was thinking about when writing this song. It’s also about more than just aiming, it’s about becoming successful in the industry.
VTTO says he went from aimlessly making music to putting his heart into it. Eventually he wants to buy his mom a crib and his dad a car.
“I want to be there for my family,” said VTTO.
In this industry, people do it for the money, he said. But he’s in it to make people feel good.
“I truly care about the music,” he said.
The release of Monday is just the beginning for VTTO. He’s currently working on his debut album.
According to VTTO, every song on his album will be a different genre and have a different vibe.
Monday solidifies VTTO’s mission to become what he wants to be.
“I truly believe I’m the next one up,” he said. “No matter how long it takes.”
